Well this weekend was a pretty relaxing one,
which is always okay with me. Friday night J and I went to go see The Hobbit, which was really
good and well done, but obviously long. We both agreed that it wasn't as
action-packed as the others, but it's obviously setting the stage for
the next two which we are pumped about.
Saturday night we went to church and then hung
out with our good friends who live in the area. It's crazy that we only live
about 10 mins away from each other, yet hardly find time to hang out. I feel
like that is always how it goes, but luckily our running streak of not hanging
out was finally broken. We had yummy chicken tortilla soup,
strawberry cupcakes and of course played too many games of Monopoly Deal. It
was an exciting and fun night to say the least.
Sunday we just hung out at home, since we went to church the night before, and needed another day to sleep in. We did go grocery shopping together, a little tradition of ours which I'm loving. I love that J and
I enjoying going grocery shopping together, and look forward to it every weekend. It's seriously the little things in life that make me so happy.
Oh, this girl also got her hair
cut on Saturday! Now this may not seem like a big deal to many of you, but it is for me. I cut off about 6 inches, which is the shortest it's been in nearly 4 years. I am absolutely loving my new hair though, and will totally be going back to my new stylist.
Well that's all for now, hope you all had nice,
relaxing weekends as well. Can't wait for Zumba class tonight and of course PLL
and The Lying Game! It's going to be a good night for sure.
