We got ready in a hotel in New Haven, CT and had such a great morning. Since the ceremony wasn't until 5pm and since I had 8 bridesmaid, it gave us plenty of time to all get beautified. I hired a hair stylist and a make up artist who came to the hotel room. Trying to figure out how 8 bridesmaids, 2 moms and myself were all going to get done in time was challenging. Luckily we gave everyone a time slot and things actually worked out perfectly!
I would highly recommend hiring a hair stylist and a make up artist for your big day. It was so nice to not have to leave the hotel room, knowing they were coming to us.
The highlight of the morning was when Jordan and I exchanged letters. I can remember how the tears started pouring the second I started reading it. It was a moment I'll never forget...and just for fun I got him some funky purple sock, which he loved!

I read this the other day and forgot to comment to let you know that you helped Matt and I decide what we want to do before our wedding as a "gift" to each other. I love that you all wrote each other notes. Seeing that pic of you reading yours brought tears to my eyes thinking about it. So sweet!
